Recently, the overseas investment promotion group of Jiangning district, Nanjing went to Europe to carry out investment promotion in Italy and Germany. During the period in Europe, the group has a total of 12 cities in both countries, 11 well-known companies including Brembo Group in Italy and Phoenix in Germany, 8 government agencies and industry associations, 3 well-known innovation parks, 2 universities and scientific research institutions. Meanwhile, they made arrangements with nearly 100 entrepreneurs and industry leaders from more than 20 companies and investment institutions, and promoted the signing of investment agreements for 7 projects.

In the course of the visit, the delegation signed cooperative agreements with Phoenix Contact in order to promote the construction of Phoenix Contact Lean Manufacturing base. The member of the supervisory board and the COO of Phoenix Contact- Dirk Görlitzer has said that the enterprise’s increasing investment and expansion in Jiangning, Nanjing has a complementary relationship with the business environment of the district, and will continue to accelerate more measures for promoting the investment and business opportunities.

During the period, the Jiangning Investment Promotion Liaison Office in Milan and the Jiangning Investment Promotion Liaison Office in Berlin will be officially unveiled. Nanjing Jiangning District will restart the overseas investment contact points in Europe to build a bridge of communication for enterprises after 3 years.
