The first Sino-foreign joint venture financial leasing subsidiary in China, JFL BNP Paribas Agriculture and Technology Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., is ready for its officially opening. In July 2023, the joint venture between Jiangsu Financial Leasing and BNP Paribas Leasing was featured in the Joint Statement of the 9th China-France High-Level Economic and Financial Dialogue, marking it as a flagship project in China-France cooperation.

“Over the past 40 years, Jiangsu Financial Leasing has developed hand-in-hand with Nanjing,” said XIONG Xiangen, Chairman of JFL BNP Paribas Agriculture and Technology Financial Leasing. He praised Nanjing’s rich cultural heritage, talent hub, strong industrial base, vibrant innovation, and business-friendly atmosphere.

Currently, Nanjing is home to over 1,100 financial and new finance organizations. The city has climbed two places to rank 63rd in the latest Global Financial Centres Index (GFCI 35).
