Nanjing Lukou International Airport has introduced a comprehensive tourism consulting service point for inbound travelers. The new services include online reservations, tour guides, foreign currency exchange, mobile payments, and SIM card applications.

The rise of “China Travel” has significantly boosted Nanjing’s position in international tourism, with orders increasing by 97% year-on-year this summer. From January to May, Nanjing welcomed 187,400 inbound overnight visitors, marking a 92.7% increase. This July, the city will host small tour groups from the US, Europe, and other regions.

To improve the travel experience for international tourists, all A-level scenic spots in Nanjing now feature Chinese and English guide signs and bilingual promotional materials. Additionally, 4A-level spots have expanded their offerings to include multilingual maps, guide signs, promotional materials, and websites. What’s more, foreign currencies can be exchanged at 256 cultural tourism venues in Jiangsu.
