Nanjing Qilin Technology Innovation Park is located at the junction of Jiangning District, Xuanwu District, Qinhuai District, and Qixia District in Nanjing. It is 10 kilometers away from the city center in a straight line. The planned area is located in the ecological corridor and intelligence of the Purple Mountain and Qinglong Mountain in the east of the main city of Nanjing.

The park is a key area of the Nanjing Southeastern Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Zone. It is also a vital carrier platform for scientific and technological innovation laid out by the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Government. The planned area is 83 square kilometers and the actual development area is 46.15 square kilometers. The park has built the city’s first robot research and development park, the country’s first comprehensive robot exhibition and experience hall, and the country’s first China Association for Science and Technology Haizhi Program Robot Research and Development Base.

The park focuses on the development of intelligent industries based on cloud computing, artificial intelligence, software, information services, creative industries, etc to create an intelligent industrial chain and a smarter ecological park. As Asia’s largest cloud computing and cloud service center-Kirin Cloud Valley, it will provide cloud services for related small and medium enterprises. The high-end carriers such as urban service industrial park, IoT industry demonstration base, triple play research institute, e-commerce demonstration platform, software outsourcing research and development base, along with high-tech software innovation base built in the park provide excellent places for high-tech enterprises to settle in.
