Nanjing Gulou High-tech Zone was established in November 2017. It integrates three sectors, seven university science parks. The Zone covers an area of approximately 9.96 square kilometers.

The Zone includes three sections: Jiangdong Software City, Xinmofan Road Technology Innovation District and Shogun Innovation Town. It integrates Nanjing University-Gulou University National University Science Park, Nanjing University of Technology National University Science Park, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications National University Science Park, Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine University Science Park, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics Science Park, Nanjing Audit University Science Park, Hohai University Science Park and other parks.

Nanjing Gulou Science and Technology Innovation Investment Development Co., Ltd. serves as the zone’s technology investment, financing platform. Its industrial targets are software Internet, finance and technology services.
