The National Development and Reform Commission released its “Doing Business Report 2020” on October 16，Nanjing “registered property”, “access to electricity”, “start-up enterprises”, “inclusive innovation” and more than a dozen other areas were named “benchmark”.

Doing Business 2020 is the first national report  of doing Business field assessment in China, we have drawn more than 1,000 explanatory charts, sorted out more than 240 policy documents and more than 210 reform highlights in various areas of improving the business environment，It has gathered 70 typical cases in 18 key areas and original and differentiated practice results from exploration in provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Nanjing entered the top 10 in 12 areas, including investor protection, property registration, bidding and tendering, contract enforcement, access to electricity, bankruptcy, starting enterprises, labor supervision, government procurement, access to credit, cross-border trade and inclusive innovation, and was rated as “benchmark”.
