Labeled as China’s first national report in its own assessment field, the “China Business Environment Report 2020” was released by the National Development and Reform Commission on 16th October.It consists of more than 1,000 explanatory charts, over 240 policy documents and over 210 reform highlights as well as 70 typical cases in 18 key areas and the original and differentiated practices explored by provinces,autonomous regions,municipalities and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Nanjing has ranked among the top ten across the country and won the “BenchmarkCity” in 12 areas,including investor protection,property registration, tendering and bidding, contract enforcement, energy acquisition, bankruptcy,business establishment,labor supervision, government procurement, credit approval,cross-border trade,and inclusive innovation.
Nanjing will study and make full use of the Report by grounding it at the city level, issuing the “Measures of Nanjing for Optimizing the Business Environment”, to further implement the integrated development plan in Yangtze River Delta, jointly take steps to streamline administration and delegate power around the Nanjing Metropolitan Area, explore the establishment of a cross-regional and cross-departmental “Internet +government service” sharing mechanism, and contribute more “Nanjing Wisdom” and “Nanjing Plan” to the brand new outlay for optimizing national business environment and speeding up a “dual cycles” mode.
