China’s State Council recently approved the temporary adjustment to the implementation of relevant administrative regulations and State Council-approved departmental regulations in six cities, namely, Shenyang, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, and Chengdu. This policy is a springboard for Nanjing to expand the opening-up of its service industry. It is a new opportunity for the city to align with high-standard international economic and trade rules, revitalize market entities, foster a new development paradigm, and share dividends with the whole world through high-level opening up.
