The Nanjing Intelligent Computing Center stands as a pioneering example of the nation’s next-generation artificial intelligence public computing open innovation platforms.
Situated within the Kirin Science and Technology Innovation Park, its second phase is on track for completion later this year.
With over a year of operational history, the center consistently maintains an impressive average utilization rate of 80% of its computational capabilities. At peak demand periods, this rate surges to nearly 100%, showcasing its robust capacity to accommodate high-performance tasks.
Functioning as a hub for diverse computational services including intelligent computation power, general processing capacity, and industry-specific applications, the center extends its offerings to prestigious academic institutions such as the Institute of Computing Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University, and Chongqing University. In effect, this catalyzes substantial cost savings, surpassing 100 million yuan in reductions, and concurrently generates a notable economic profit, exceeding 1 billion yuan.
