Recently, the Airport Council International(hereinafter referred to as “ACI”) announced that Nanjing Lukou International Airport had won the award of“the Voice of the Customer”in 2020. After winning all the four global airport service quality awards in 2019, the Airport won such an award this year, showcasing its improvement in service quality highly recognized by the majority of passengers and international authorities.
“The Voice of the Customer” is a new award established by ACI, independent of the Airport Service Quality(hereinafter referred to as ASQ) evaluation projects. It is fully affirmed that Lukou Airport has demonstrated relentless efforts in gathering passenger feedback through ASQ during the special period, served every passenger with the most sincere attitude on the basis of epidemic prevention and control, and provided a more comfortable, convenient and efficient boarding experience.
